No, JEE is not a explicit requirement for admission to the B.Tech branch at the St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management.

SAITM provides admissions to B.Tech and B.Tech lateral entry based on the rank scored in the JEE mains. According to the 2022 data, the cutoff for the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering course was 760266, higher than the cut-off for 2021 and the cut-off for B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) was 533242 which was lower than the cut-off in 2021.

The admission to various courses at SAITM is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in entrance exams conducted at the national, state, or institute levels. The admissions to B.Tech/B.Tech (Lateral) is based on the JEE mains/SAJEE scores. Admission to the MBA program is based on the CAT/MAT/SAJEE scores.

St. Andrews Institute of technology and management offers UG and PG programs. It offer B.Tech programme in regular and full-time mode. It also offers direct admission in the second year under B.Tech Lateral Entry program.
The total seat intake for the regular B.Tech programme is 240, while the total seat intake for B.Tech programme ( Lateral Entry) is 60.
