No, admissions cannot be taken directly in St. Stephen's College. The students have to appear for the CUET exam and participate in counselling for admissions. The seats are allocated by the university through CSAS portal. Seat allotment are completely merit based. Students may have to give an interview as well after seat allotment.

No, the course cannot be completed in one year. However, the university allows multiple exit options. Students can exit the course in third year. Such students are provided with a undergraduate degree in BSc. Students who complete fourth year are provided with a Honours UG degree in research.
