The declaration of semester exam results at St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET) is generally completed in another period of four to six weeks after having finished the exams in line with the schedule fixed by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.

Results are declared for odd semesters (held during November to December) sometime from late January to early February, while for the even semester, which is again from April to June, are by June to early July. 

This autonomous status granted to SVPCET since 2021 gives a bit of leeway in the procedural processing, yet the timeline remains the same. Results are lodged on the college student portal or the university site, both being accessible through login credentials.

Applying online to SVPCET would require academic record, entrance exam marks along with documents like 10+2 marksheets, transfer certificates and identity proofs. To apply to the college for admission management quota, students have to go directly through the college website or admission office and submit the same documents as required. M.Tech and MBA programs require GATE or MAH-MBA-CET scores respectively.
