All the students who have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary Examination) or equivalent are eligible for admission. The qualifying examination should have been passed by a recognised board. Students from all streams are eligible for admission to BA at Stella Maris College. The aspirant should have the pass certificate (original/copies) with him/her at the time of the interview round along with other important documents.

Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. Besides, candidates also need to pass the entrance exam conducted by SMC Chennai.
