As you have secured a average percentile score in SNAP exam. As you have secured only 64 percentile in SNAP you would only get call from Symbiosis institutes. On the percentile secured by you, you have a chance to few colleges. The colleges you get are:
Symbiosis Institute of business, Hyderabad- MBA Course
SSBF Pune- MBA In banking and finance
SIHS Pune - MBA IN hospital management
SSSS Pune- MBA in sports management
these are the few colleges, from which you would get a call on the basis of your SNAP percentile.

As far as previous years' cut off percentile is concerned it should be between 70-80 percentile for getting admission in The SCIT. So one thing you can do is calculate it. To be sure fully Hopeful that You get a clearance.
