Do I need to have some experience to get into the Pune, Bangalore campus or into SCMHRD? I'll have 7-8 months of experience till Feb'17.

Hi Chaitanya, work experience is not mandatory to get into SIBM B. For the current batch we a ration of 55:45, in favour of non working students. You having a work experience will help you in some way or the other, it would not be a disadvantage in any manner. This is regard to only Bengaluru campus

SCMHRD does not have IT as a core branch in its MBA course. SCIT is another top notch college of Symbiosis International University which is dedicated to IT and has good faculty and placements.

What is the min. percentile to get into this college or into SIBM, Pune? Is it true that their cut off is very low? I belong to DA category.

Dear dhinesh84092, there is no particular minimum percentile requirement for the DA category. The last admission for DA category this year was at 56 percentile, though it is suggested that you try scoring around 80 percentile to stand a good chance of getting into this college. Goes without saying,

Dear Sharath14050, the average CTC for the 2014-16 batch, which recently passed out was INR 13.24LPA and is expected to surge a great deal this year. A lot of students have already got Pre-Placement Offers from giant Conglomerates and a lot more of them are expected to turn up this year as well.

Last year it was 96.5 percentile in SNAP, it doesn't matter with undergrads,10th and 12th.Try to crack SNAP. All the best.
