Yes, it is mandatory to carry the Tamil Nadu 12th Hall ticket 2026 to the exam hall. Students will not be allowed to appear for the board exam without the hall ticket. It must be noted that the Tamil Nadu plus two hall ticket 2026 is an important document to carry for the TN 12th board exams. Students will have to collect the same from their schools. They are advised to keep the hall ticket till the release of the TN Plus two result 2026.

TN 12th supplementary exam 2026 will be held in June/July 2026. The TN board release the TN 12th supplementary exam dates 2026 after the release of the TN 12th result 2026. Students can check the official website for the TN supplementary time table 2026. TN Plus two supplementary result 2026 will be published on the official website -tnresults.nic.in. TN 12th time table 2026 was released on dge.tn.gov.in. 

  • Open the official website, dge.tn.gov.in.

  • Now, click on the 'Time Table' section available on the home page.

  • Select the 'TN HSE Second Year Time Table 2026'.

  • Tamilnadu 12th Exam time table 2026 will be displayed on the screen.

  • Download the Tamil Nadu 12 public time table pdf and take a print of the same.

Candidates need to collect the Tamil Nadu HSC Migration Certificate as It is mandatory to produce it for the admission process for bachelor's degree. Candidates have to first collect the application form for the Migration Certificate either from the official website or from their schools. They have to submit the filled-in application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs 505 in favour of the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai and submit it to the Deputy Director of Government Examination

Tamil Nadu 12th exam marking scheme is given here. Each subject carries 100 marks in total. Subjects with practicals are marked as 70 marks for theory, 20 marks for practical and 10 marks for internal assessment. The TN 12th paper is divided into four sections. The first section consists of 15 marks. It has multiple choice questions. The second section consists of 2-mark questions. The maximum marks a student can get are 12. The third section has three-mark questions and the maximum marks a student can get is 18. The students should answer 5 questions under section 4, with each question containing 5 marks.

The application fee for re-totaling of Tamil Nadu board 12th result 2023 is INR 205 for each subject. Students have to pay INR 305 for subjects comprising two papers. Those who are not satisfied with the TN 12th result 2023 could apply for the retotaling of TN 12th result 2023. For photocopy of answer sheets, students have to pay INR 275 per paper.

As per the TN 12th grading system, A1 grade is given to those who get 91 to 100 marks. A grade is given to those who get 81 to 90 marks. B1 grade is given to those who get 71 to 80 marks. B grade is given to those who get 61 to 70 marks. Those who get less than 35 marks are failed. They should appear for the TN 12th supplementary exam.
