TANCET result is released before the scorecard. The result released on the TANCET website has the marks of the candidate calculated based on the marking scheme. Along with the marks, TANCET result also indicates the percentile score. Whereas, the scorecard of TANCET exam will not have the marks.

If a candidate selects more than one option for a single question in the TANCET exam, it is treated as an incorrect response. As a result, 1/4 mark will be deducted from the candidate's total score for that question.
