Yes, but under certain conditions. Keshav Memorial Engineering College has 70% of its seat intake for all its courses managed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, which assigns seats based on the results of the TG EAPCET. However, KMEC Hyderabad has full control over the allocation of 30% of the remaining seats. Candidates who apply for these seats will have a separate merit list generated.

This is because, according to the AICTE, A student can only pursue one Physical/Full-Time course at a time. Moreover, KMEC Hyderabad only offers courses in Physical/Full-Time modes with no distance or open-learning modes available.
