According to various sources, Temple University USA has an overall acceptance rate of around 80% making it less selective for international student admissions. Some of the general requirements to receive admissions are given as follows:

This is a person-specific comparison and aligns with the priority that one has set. If you believe that the US market is your thing and you want to do it from a good institution like Temple University and have adequate funds then definitely the USA is the better option here. If you are low on your budget and just have to get done with MBA locally which will by the way land you on a less paying job then choose CU. Temple University any day is better than CU considering that you are ready to invest in your education and have the funds to study there.
