There is no entrance for BA courses. There is entrance for B.Com. For BA, your class 12th marks would be considered in +2. Also, due to the going pandemic, the entrances at DU have been postponed and it is possible that they may not hold them.

HiBSc in psychology would be a good option of you want to pursue a career being a psychiatrist or a lecturer by going for higher education in the same field.This course should be pursued from a college which give the right impetus for you to move on to the field of research which a real enterprising one especially for psychology.

You don't need to give any test for this course. You just need to fill application form which is currently available on SIMSREE website. Shortlisted students have to go through the GD-PI process. Experience in related field is compulsory and they do shortlist based on your profile.

The probability of not getting admission is high. But, would suggest you talk to the kiit officials through the number given on their sites as there might be chances that they have changed their norms.
