Actually, it depends on the cut-off score. Achieving admission to the Faculty of Law, MGKVP, with a 70% entrance test score is uncertain due to the dual nature of the admission process—both merit-based and entrance-based. While a 70% score in the CLAT is considered good for top NLUs in the country, it's crucial to recognize that MGKVP may have its own entrance exam or criteria. To ascertain whether a 70% entrance test score is sufficient for MGKVP admission you can check the university's official website or directly contact them for information on the minimum entrance exam scores required for admission.

College Board will email you if your test centre has been closed. You can also contact the test centre directly and know whether they are open or not. In case the SAT exam centre is closed, the applicant may have to alter his/her selected centre and choose another one. This option is open for a  free switch before the applications for SAT exam are submitted. Once the SAT exam form is submitted, the exam centre change will require fee of USD 25 for a change.

Yes, since a lot of US universities have become test optional it may be difficult to find their cutoffs. But those who intend on submitting SAT scores despite the test optionality choice, can look up for previous year's SAT cutoffs on the official websites if available. This way the applicant will have an idea of what score is required and plan a strategy to aim for the said cutoff. The previous year's SAT cutoff will not however be the ideal support but it will just give the applicant an idea of what and how to aim for in SAT.
