Hi,
A textile designer can be employed in the garment, fashion, home furnishing and the interiors segment among other industries. With growing market potential for textile products, there is a wide range of career opportunities for textile designers. They can take up full-time jobs in garment manufacturing companies, fashion designing agencies, textile manufacturers, and the retail world. They can also be hired by a professional textile designer. Export houses also employ a number of textile designers. Growing opportunities are found with government sponsored and private silk, handloom, khadi, jute, and craft development organizations.

If you have got the admission in NIFT then don't just miss out the opportunity. Go ahead and pursue the course. Excel in your field and be the best designer amongst all as that is something that will take you to the great heights.
What matters in the end is your skills and not your institute.

Hi Manisha,
Please, do not do it through correspondence. Although you can do it online, but then you need to be very passionate, since in online programs the faculty leaves the work for you and cannot keep motivating you. School is one good place to learn.
Wish you the best for your career.
Remember, your career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability.
