Hi Rohit,
The duration for Certificate in Textile Garment Testing and Quality Control is for 4 months. Fees has not been disclosed online. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the same.

You are advised to do a short-term course on computer hardware maintenance and repair so that you have good hands on exposure on PCB repairs. This knowledge will be helpful in circuit design and its practicals.
