A. Electrical Engineering,
B. Electronics Engineering,
C. Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
D. Electronics and Telecommunication and Communication

You seem to be eligible as per the criteria "passed 12th class with physics, chemistry and maths and having 50% marks in English in 10th or 12th class exam."

Eligibility Criteria for DNS -
10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with not less than 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board.

It looks really tough for you to apply for GME the eligibility criteria is 60% throughout your academics including 10th, 10+2, Graduation. Few steps are given below check.
