Yes, you are eligible for this marine institute if you have cleared all the subjects of class 12th board. This score is acceptable. You should apply for this college.

Eligibility criteria for admission in GME:
Minimum 50% required in graduation with Mandatory Course: B.E. / B.Tech(Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture).
Also, the candidate must have minimum 50% marks in English subject at 10th OR 12th or in degree exam.
