The current MBA admission cutoff details regarding The ICFAI University, Mizoram is not mentioned. But for admission, the candidates must clear the qualifying examination then group interview. Today there are different types of MBA offered by the university such as IT & System, Banking, Insurance, Micro Finance, Marketing, HRM, Accounting and Investments. For MBA admission, the candidates should have minimum of 45% marks in their bachelor's degree in any discipline.

ICFAI University, Mizoram MBA placements are decent although the placement statistics for few years are not comparable to the newer years. University has revealed the placement statistics that shows, MBA students get placed in the ratio of 70-80 percent every year. As of the recent placements, the median percentage of salary Offered is INR 3.5-4.5 Lacs per annum. The maximum salary that can be offered to a candidate is up to Rs. 6-7 Lacs per annum In some of the top colleges, the highest salary reaches up to Rs. 15- 18 Lacs per annum.
