B.Tech placements at The National Institute of Engineering Mysore are as follows :-
As of 2023 placements have been boosted as many new recruiters have taken part in the placement drive 2023, the highest package was INR 56LPA and the average was INR 9LPA respectively. 800+ students participated at the placement drive and 700+ students or even more have been placed .

As per the placement statistics of NIE Mysore, B.Tech CSE have better placements over ECE. In year 2022, 130 students of CSE get placed with 171 offers against 103 students and 151 offers of ECE.
