One of the new IITs founded in 2015 is IIT Tirupati. IIT Tirupati is well known for its flagship programme, the B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE).The IIT Tirupati CSE branch's JEE Advanced cutoff ranges from 1682 to 3360.The overall cost of the B.Tech programme at IIT Tirupati is INR 8 Lacs. All B.Tech. courses require a passing score on the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams in order to get admitted.Additionally, candidates must participate in the JoSAA counselling session for the final seat allocation.

IIT Tirupati offers MTech for two-years at the PG level. Admission to this programme is subject to a valid GATE score followed by COAP Counselling. The specialisations available under MTech include Civil & Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electrical Engineering. These specialisations are also offered across multiple sub-specialisations under these streams. IIT Graduates and GATE qualified candidates can apply for any of the MTech specialisations.

• Cutoff reservations, however, are applicable to SC/ ST/ EWS/ OBC-NCL/ PwD candidates as per Govt. of India rules

IIT Tirupati offers scholarships to UG and PG students. The institute offers Institute Free Studentship, Merit-cum-Means Scholarship and Institute SC/ ST Scholarship. Selected students get some kind of exemption from tuition fees.

For the last year, i.e., 2023, the closing rank for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering was 3701 which is very close to this range. This was for General category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission, however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in IIT Tirupati - Indian Institute of Technology.

The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 13974 and closing rank was 16658. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state.
