For Duolingo English Test (DET), A minimum score of 105 is required for full admission, along with specific subscores and for PTE-Academic, A minimum score of 54 is required. 

Yes, Concordia University - Saint Paul Campus requires international students to have a minimum TOEFL score of 59 (iBT) or an overall band score of at least 5.5 for IELTS. However, to be eligible for merit-based scholarships, international students need to have a higher TOEFL score. For example, the Merit-Based Awards International Excellence Scholarships require a competitive, merit-based score of at least 79-80 (iBT) or an overall band score of at least 6.5 for IELTS. 

At the University of Freiburg, they welcome English Language Proficiency test results like IELTS/TOEFL. The score needed can vary by course, but for many programs at the university, international students can apply with a TOEFL score of 85. Please note that the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg only accepts certain English Language Proficiency Test scores for certain courses. Alliant International University requires a minimum TOEFL score of 75 for the Internet-based test or an IELTS score of 6.5 for all programs except TESOL. The TESOL master's programme requires minimum scores of 80 internet-based test for Masters and 83 for EdD. For CEFR, B2 is required for master's level and doctoral level and for iTEP Academic, 3.5 is required for master's level and 4.0 for doctoral level. 

University of Vaasa accepts country specific English language qualifications, hence an Indian student can study in the University of Vaasa without IELTS/TOEFL scores if they fulfill the requirement listed below:

• Indian 12th (XII) Standard English or English Core with a minimum grade of 80% or A2 (CISCE & CBSE boards only.
