I've done my 1st to 8th grade in one school and 9th to 10th in another. Do I need to submit both the TCs for TS EAMCET counselling?

You have to show TC of class 12th, not of class 8th or class 10th. You may keep class 10th TC if required, but no need of class 8th TC.

If you are talking about caste certificate or EWS certificate or about scholarships, then you must have income certificate.
