Hi Nicholas,
Hope you are doing good. Firstly, select a topic, quickly go through the concepts and practice questions on it. Repeat the process for all the topics. Do not miss any topic from the syllabus. Start from the topics you are good at. By doing, you can easily score very good marks in all the practice giving exams.

You might not be able to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ECET exam as you do not belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh. Please refer to the link below for details on eligibility criteria required to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ECET exam:

Admission to UG Engineering and Technology courses (BE, B.Tech, etc.) in Osmania University is granted on the basis of marks scored in EAMCET. If you are looking for admission in engineering courses in Osmania University, you will have to clear the EAMCET exam. Applicants should be a citizen of India to be eligible.
Eligibility criteria for EAMCET is mentioned below:

JEE or JEE-Mains are standard level exams held on international level. By scoring in these exams, you can get admission in any college including NITs. On the other hand, EMCET is a state level exam and it won't help you in getting admission in any IITs or NITs colleges.
