Getting into colleges like CBIT, Vasavi, etc. is a bit tough, as they hold huge cut-off rank for CSE people.
With a rank of 12k, you can try for KMIT, Vardhaman, Geethanjali, CVSR, CMR, etc. All of them are good colleges.

Firstly, congratulations on cracking out the paper with such a good rank.
For CSE, many colleges like G Narayanamma Institute Of Technology And Science, Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology etc. are good.
You can try for KMIT, Vardhaman, MVSR, MGIT etc.
It solely depends on the cut-off (as it varies every year).

But there's always a JEE Mains seat and a management seat. Try your luck.
And trust me, KMIT is a great college for CSE.

For the exam TS EAMCET 2016: For engineering stream a total of 1,44,510 registered for the exam.
We have 86000 seats this year in TS colleges. Qualifying rank for students is 91000.
So its very tough to get into.
& Few people may jump to other private colleges like VIT, Amrita, SRM, Manipal, IITs, NITs, etc. So, I hope you get in the remaining seats.
