Yes, but under certain conditions. Bhaskar Engineering College in Telangana has 70% of its seat intake for all its courses managed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, which assigns seats based on the results of the TS EAMCET. However, Bhaskar College has full control over the allocation of 30% of the remaining seats, Candidates who apply for these seats will have a separate merit list generated.

You can still gain admission to some private engineering colleges in Telangana with a TS EAMCET rank of roughly 51,000, plus EWS and the girls' quota. While CSE may not be among the top ones, ECE, EEE, or Civil might be. The outcome of the subsequent counselling rounds will determine this.

With 15k rank in EAPCET and as an OBC female, you have a good chance of securing a seat in several reputable colleges. Some college that might you be able to get into include, Keshav memorial institute of technology (KMIT), AAR Mahaveer Engireening College, Aurora's Engireening college and others.

With a 50k TS EAMCET rank (General), top CSE colleges like CBIT, OU, VNR, and CVR are unlikely, but mid-tier options such as Teegala Krishna Reddy, Anurag, SVS, and Sree Dattha are possible choices.

Choosing JNTU Hyderabad CSE is best in my opinion because it is in a good city, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is in a village.
JNTUH is well established, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is still in the process
Even the fee will be higher for NIT Andhra Pradesh than JNTUH.
