TS POLYCET Application Form

After the candidates have submitted the TS POLYCET application form, they must ensure that thier form has been successfully submitted. To check this, candidates can visit the official website of TS POLYCET and check the payment status. If the fee payment status is complete then that will mean the form has been submitted.

After a few days the successfully registered candidates will be issued the TS POLYCET admit card. The admit card is to be downloaded and its print is to be carried at the exam centre to take entry.

There is no correction facility to modify the details in TS POLYCET application form 2025. Once the applicant submits the application, the details cannot be edited. So candidates cannot change any detail once they have submitted the application form.

Candidates must provide correct details in the TS POLYCET application form, as the details provided in the form shall be verified at the time of TS POLYCET counselling. If any detail is found incorrect, admission can be denied.

The reasons that can lead to the rejection of the TS POLYCET application form are:

• The application forms are incomplete including the signature of candidate and parent/guardian and photograph of the candidate.
• The candidate furnishes false or incorrect information.
• The Candidate fails to satisfy the conditions of eligibility.

In case the application is rejected, no correspondence will be entertained with the candidate nor fee paid will be refunded.

The application fee of TS POLYCET is as follows:

• For General category - INR 500
• For SC/ST candidates - INR 250

The candidates who submit the application form during the late fee period have to pay extra INR 100. Candidates who apply online can make the payment using the online payment option. Candidates who are applying at the helpline centres have to pay at TS online in cash.
