It is necessary to be admitted to a range of Diploma programmes in engineering and non-engineering/technology subjects provided by Telangana's Polytechnic institutes. Applicants may apply if they have completed or are scheduled to take their tenth standard exams. Normally, the exam takes place once a year. Through the TS POLYCET exam, candidates' proficiency in subjects like mathematics, physics, and chemistry is assessed. Depending on the results of their exams, candidates can be admitted to the Diploma programmes offered by the Polytechnic institutes in Telangana in the following fields: computer science, electronics and communication, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering.

Once the registration data have been entered, use an OTP to confirm the cellphone number. The registered cellphone number will receive an SMS containing the registration number and password. Use your password and registration number to log in and access the POLYCET application. Press the "Pay Now" button.Make the payment by choosing the payment gateway and completing the transaction. Click "Fill Application" once the payment has been successfully processed. After entering your personal information, select "Get Details." After entering the communication information, select Next. After entering the category information, select Next. After entering the details for the special category, click Next. Enter the exam center information.

The challenge fee for TS POLYCET answer key is INR 500 per question. The challenge fee is non-refundable.
