Admission to TSAP-Thakur School of Architecture and Planning requires Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50%. However, for courses such as B.Arch, the major selection select is the JEE Main cutoff. Whereas, for M.Arch admissions, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in B.Arch. For BVoc, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12. Depending on the choice of course and its eligibility, candidates will easily admission to the Institute with 85%.

Admission to TSAP-Thakur School of Architecture and Planning B.Arch programme is on the basis of merit and entrance. Candidates must have passed Class 12 or any equivalent Subject with at least 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognised Board. The candidate must have passed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE (Main) Paper 2. The eligibility criterion includes getting a valid score in NATA/JEE Paper 2. After meeting the cutoff rank/score, candidates will receive the final admission for the course to the Institute.

TSAP - Thakur School of Architecture and Planning has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.VocCandidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from recognized Board/ Council. Or Candidate must have passed 10th with two-year full time/ three-year part-time diploma or equivalent from the recognized institute. Candidate must have also scored a Non-Zero score in TSAP Entrance Exam.
B.ArchCandidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
