TSLAWCET

To be eligible for TS LAWCET counselling, candidates belonging to the General category must have secured 35% marks in TS LAWCET exam (i.e. 42 marks out of 120 marks). The OBC category students must score atleast 35% marks in TS LAWCET exam (i.e. 42 marks out of 120 marks), and for the SC/ST category, there is no minimum qualifying marks for SC and ST category candidates. However, for the 3-year LL.B. course, any graduate degree candidate with (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognised University or its equivalent can apply and for the 5-year LL.B. course, two year Intermediate Examination with (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent is acceptable. 

TS LAWCET counselling is the process by which candidates who have qualified for the TS LAWCET exam are allocated seats in law colleges in Telangana. The counselling process is conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

Steps involved in TS LAWCET counselling are the following:

1. Registration: Candidates who have qualified for the TS LAWCET exam need to register for counselling on the official website of TSCHE.

2. Document verification: Candidates need to verify their original documents at the designated helpline centers.

3. Web option entry: Candidates need to enter their web options (i.e., their preferred colleges and courses) on the counselling portal.

4. Seat allotment: TSCHE will allot seats to candidates based on their rank and web options.

5. Reporting to the allotted college: Candidates who have been allotted seats need to report to the allotted college for admission.

If your name is not mentioned in the First Seat Allotment List of TS LAWCET Counselling 2023, you need to wait for Phase II of TS LAWCET Counselling. In this phase, seats will be allotted to candidates who could not get admission due to their low merit rank based on their score in the TS LAWCET 2023. 

Candidates need to note that their name will appear in the TS LAWCET 2024 Second Seat Allotment List if they score enough to secure the remaining seat after the seat allotment round 1. 

Through the TS LAWCET 2023 Seat Allotment, seats will also be allotted to the following types of candidates: 

• Candidates who want to change seats, colleges, or courses allotted in the first round of seat allotment. 
• Candidates who could not report to the counselling centre in round 1 of counselling. 

To download and preserve your TS LAWCET (Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test) rank card, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official TS LAWCET Website: Go to the official TS LAWCET website. Ensure you are on the legitimate and official website.

2. Log In: You will likely need to log in to your candidate account using your credentials, such as your registration number and password.

3. Locate the Rank Card Download Link: Once logged in, look for the "Download Rank Card" or a similar option on the candidate dashboard or results page.

4. Download the Rank Card: Click on the "Download Rank Card" link. Your TS LAWCET rank card will be generated and displayed on the screen.

5. Save the Rank Card: To save the rank card to your computer or device, click the download or save button, typically represented by an icon like a floppy disk or an arrow pointing downward.

6. Print a Copy: For physical preservation and for use during the counseling and admission process, it's advisable to print a copy of your TS LAWCET rank card.

7. Store Safely: Keep both digital and physical copies of your rank card in a secure and easily accessible location for future reference.

Remember to keep your rank card safe as it is an essential document required during the admission process to law programs in various colleges and universities.

To check your TS LAWCET (Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test) results, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official TS LAWCET website. The website address may change from year to year, so make sure to check the latest one.

2. Find the Results Link: Look for the "TS LAWCET Results" or a similar link on the website's homepage. It is typically prominently displayed during the result announcement period.

3. Click on the Results Link: Click on the link to access the TS LAWCET results portal.

4. Enter Required Information: You will likely be asked to enter certain details, such as your TS LAWCET hall ticket number or registration number.

5. Submit and View Results: After entering the required information, click the "Submit" or "View Results" button. Your TS LAWCET result will be displayed on the screen.

6. Download and Print: To keep a record, you can download your TS LAWCET result and also take a printout for future reference.

7. Counseling and Admission: After checking your results, if you have qualified, you can proceed with the counseling and admission process for the law programme of your choice.
