It depends on the course which students apply for such as for Diploma and certificate courses, students can apply for direct admission. While for B.Sc courses, students have to qualify the entrance examination to get admission at IHM Mumbai.
Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru (IHM Bangalore) without the NCHMCT JEE is not possible. The NCHMCT JEE is the only entrance exam accepted for admission to IHM Bangalore.

Yes, you can get direct admission to a Diploma course at IHM Mumbai. Admission to the UG Diploma programs is subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, and candidates can apply for direct admission to these courses.
