Through user stories and storyboards, a UI/UX designer can

1. Understand what the user needs and what their motivations are.
2. Communicate ideas more effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Coding can be a great asset to all UI/UX designers. But it is not a strict requirement.  Many UI/UX roles involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. In these, programming knowledge is not exactly required. But having knowledge of coding can be useful when collaborating with developers.  

There are many institutes in Indore, offering a Bachelor's in HCI or UI/UX design, but SAGE University Indore offers the Bachelor of Design in UI and UX Design. The curriculum mainly focuses on creating interactive digital experiences by honing basic skills. All admissions take place through an AIDAT or a SEE, followed by interviews. Apart from the above, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore also offers programs on HCI, though the undergraduate programs may differ. Again, it is always good to check the website of each institution for the details of courses and procedures for admission.

There are many credible academies and online portals offering UI/UX certification courses and projects.

 An example is Google UX Design Certification with Coursera in partnership with Google, which has the focus on beginner-friendly fundamentals and hands-on experience of UI/UX in its projects as well.

Then there's the well-known Interaction Design Foundation IDF, which offers many UI/UX courses accredited by the industry's best companies with that all-important practical learning experience.

There are also specialised certifications in Udemy, Skillshare, and LinkedIn Learning that can fit any varying range of skill levels.

Ecole Intuit Lab Delhi offers UG in UI/UX Design, certified by RNCP and is offered as  4 year programme. The College offers UG in UI/UX Design with 20 sanctioned seats in full-time mode. The eligibility criteria entail merit based selection as per Class 12 aggregate. After the merit based shortlisting, candidates qualify for aptitude test, based on which, final admission process closes.
