Unitedworld Institute of Design, Karnavati University Admission Process

Unitedworld Institute of Design, Karnavati University admissions to both UG and PG courses are completely entrance-based. There is no provision of direct admission at Unitedworld Institute of Design. Below is the admission criteria accepted by the college during the admission process:

• UID DAT
• Situation Test (ST)
• Portfolio Evaluation (PE)

Unitedworld Institute of Design admission to MDes is completely entrance-based. To secure a seat to the programme, candidates must go through the following parameters of the selection process:

• UID DAT
• Situation Test (ST)
• Portfolio Evaluation (PE)

To gain admission to Unitedworld Institute of Design, candidates are required to follow  Two-Tier Evaluation Process. The first tier is an online test called the Design Aptitude Test (DAT). The second tier involves a Situation Test (ST) and Portfolio Evaluation (PE) conducted on the UID campus. The Tier 2 evaluations will take place from March 27 to April 10, 2025. To get admission to any course, camdidates are required to follow these process. After fill out the criteria, candidates are required to visit college campus or college offlicial website to fill out the application form.

Unitedworld Institute of Design does not offer direct admissions. The selection to BDes (Hons) and MDes course is based on UID-DAT scores. Selected candidates are further called for portfolio interview. Further, for management quota, college offers admission based on last qualifying exam score. The college informs the candidates about their selection. Once selected, candidates are required to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the college.

Admission to Unitedworld Institute of Design is based on an entrance exam. To be eligible for any of the courses, candidates must have a valid score on the UID DAT exam. Additionally, After scoring well in the UID DAT exam, candidates are required to appear in portfolio reviews and personal interaction rounds conducted by the college. If candidates meet all the admission criteria set by the college, it is easy to secure a seat at UID Ahmedabad.

The selection process for UID Ahmedabad admissions includes UID DAT entrance exams, situation test (ST) and portfolio evaluation (PE) at UID Campus based on the preference given in the UID application 2024-25.
