University Business School, Chandigarh Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at University Business School (UBS) in Chandigarh are as follows:

• Candidates must have passed graduation with at least 50% marks.
• For candidates who have passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, a minimum of 50% marks is required.
• Candidates who have passed the AMIE examination with a minimum of 50% marks after passing a Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks and having a minimum of 10% score in each component of the Common Admission Test (CAT) are eligible.
• SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates are given a 5% concession in marks.

To be eligible for admission to MCom (Hons) at UBS Chandigarh, a candidate must have passed BCom (Hons) from a recognised university. The qualifying exam should have been passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Candidate must hold the degree and mark sheet at the time of application form filling and admission for verification purposes.

Graduate with Honours in Economics or Mathematics or Statistics or Commerce with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate or a Graduate with 55% marks in the aggregate having offered Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Commerce as a subject in the examination can also apply. There is 5% relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST/ BC/ PwD candidates.
