Yes, Bristol University offers scholarships to international students every year. The University of Bristol scholarships are open for applications who are planning to enroll in Autumn. Indian students must need to select the course at Bristol before they apply for a scholarship. You can apply. I think they require around 60% minimum for admission, there is no specification on backlogs so I can't say if they will consider or not, but you cleared them and also Bristol is not a very highly competitive university so there are a few chances.
