Filling the application form is the first & important step for taking admissions at Kalyani University. The application fee needs to be paid at the last step of the form. The fee is different for different streams, years and categories. This application fee is not generally refundable. Once you have paid the application fee the students cannot ask for refund even if you don't want to move further with the application process.

Once the application process is completed, the college checks each form. Students need to upload the correct documents and fill the correct details for their forms to be accepted. After this the college releases the cutoff list. Students falling in the list can proceed for further process of admissions.

After successfully submitting the application form of Kalyani University, students do not need to contact anyone. Once the application form is submitted successfully, the college checks the forms. If the form is filled correctly with the right documents, it is accepted. The college then informs the students about the further process of admissions.

The application fee for each streams and year varies every year. The fee also depends on different categories. Application form is there on the college page. After filling all the details & uploading the required documents, the students need to pay the fee at the last step. Once the fee is paid, the application is successfully submitted.

The Kalyani University WBJEE JECA Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the MCA course for various categories under the Home State quota. The Kalyani University MCA Cutoff 2025 was also published for admission for the General AI category as well.
For the General AI category, the cutoff in the first round was 329 and in the last round, it was 407. Students can refer to the table below to know the first and last round cutoff for the Home State quota candidates.

The Kalyani University WBJEE Cutoff 2025 was published for admission to the BE/BTech courses. The cutoff was released for various categories in all rounds for the All India quota candidates. The cutoff was out in the form of opening and closing ranks.
For the General AI category, the overall cutoff ranged from 2903 in the first round to 9567 in the last round. Among all the BTech specialisations, the most competitive for admission was B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering, with the cutoff ranging between 2903 and 5006, for the first and last round, respectively.

Hi.
University does not officially conduct dedicated campus placement drives specifically for MCA students. Many current and past students report that there is no structured placement cell or regular on-campus recruitment for MCA — especially compared to engineering or large tech colleges.
Some information even suggests that on-campus placement activity for MCA has been minimal or non-existent, and students largely have to seek jobs or internships on their own.

Kalyani University BSc Fees can cost somehwere between INR 2,400 and INR 16,400. There are variosu specialisations offered under BSc that also determines the fees of the course. These include: Computer Science, Physics, Economics, Botany, Zoology, etc. Additionally, there is also a one time fees of INR 550 that students are required to pay at the time of admisison.
