Candidates seeking admission to the University of Rajasthan MEd programme must first do an eligibility check. Those who fulfill the eligibility criteria must register for the PBMET exam. As per the Rajasthan University's NIRF report 2023, a total of 242 students were placed during the PG two-year placement drive conducted in 2022. Moreover, the median package offered to PG-two-year students stood at INR 6.35 LPA. Earlier, in 2021, a total of 1,749 PG-two-year students were placed.

Yes, as per the official brochure, the University of Rajasthan does reserve seats for SC/ST candidates willing to enroll into the MEd programme. As per the university's rules of reservation, a total of 28% of seats are reserved for the SC/ST candidates. Out of this, 16% and 12% of the seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe candidates, respectively.

The University of Rajasthan offers a total of 485 seats for admission to the MEd programme. Thus, a total of 485 students can enroll in the MEd programme in one academic year. Some of the seats are offered by the affiliated colleges, including Sri Balaji Teachers Training College, Shri Agrasen Post Graduate College of Education, etc.

No, University of Rajasthan MEd admissions are purely entry-based. As per an official brochure, the university accepts a valid score in the state-level entrance test, i.e., PBMET. Thus, students seeking admission to this programme must register and appear for the exam. Based on scores obtained in the exam, students are ranked and allocated a seat.

Students aspiring to enroll in the UNIRAJ MEd programme must begin with an eligibility check. As per the university's official brochure, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements for the PBMET exam:
- Candidates must have passed BEd degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% in aggregate (50% for SC/ST/OBC)
- Must be at least 23 years of age at the time of online enrollment for the exam
