After the exam, students are shortlisted based on their marks. The shortlisted students are further called for a GD PI round. Out of all the affiliated colleges and institutes, Hans Law College, has the highest intake with 300 seats. To get a seat, students must register and appear for the RULET exam conducted by the university.

BA LLB seats at UNIRAJ are spread across the various colleges affiliated with the university. Combining the intake of all colleges/institutes, the university offers a total of 720 seats for BA LLB admissions. Students must note that this seat intake is subject to change on a yearly basis based on various factors, such as seat intake policies, course popularity, government approval, etc.
