In order to get admission at UOW India GIFT City, students need to meet the last educational qualification set by the college. Aspiarnts need to pass graduation, relevant work experience, and a satisfactory English language assessment. Apart from this, students also need to pass IELTS Academic.

The courses offered by the University of Wollongong, GIFT City Campus are priced very reasonably, ranging between $9,300 AUD and $27,900 AUD. The tuition fee at the proposed India campus of University of Wollongong (UoW) will be half of what its parent campus in Australia charges.

According to the QS World University Rankings 2024, the UOW India is among the top 1% of universities worldwide, securing 162nd position globally and 12th in Australia. This essentially places UOW as the 2nd the highest-ranking university in India, outperforming all other IITs and IISc across the country, except for the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay.
