The University of Maryland, College Park is a flagship public research university in the Washington Metropolitan Area. It receives research funding from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and has been ranked 158 in the World University Ranking (QS 2022). Its MS in Information Systems (MSIS) programme is offered by the Robert H. Smith School of Business and is a postgraduate level course of 1 to 1.5 year duration.
