Students who are willing to take a master's in Computer Science in the USA must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university in specializations such as Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or relevant fields such as Mathematics and Engineering. Along with this, students must submit the following paperwork to get admission:

Yes, 5.5 IELTS score is accepted in USA, but for very limited universities and in that also in very limited courses. Ideally you have to aim for an IELTS score of 6.5 and above for getting admission in decent US universities.

The eligibility criteria to study BTech in the USA are very specific and listed below.

  • Schooling: Students must have passed their highschool examinations.
  • Exams: Depending on the host universities, students will be required to qualify either the SAT or ACT exam.
  • English proficiency: Students must have a desired level of profeciency in English, proved by means of taking standardised English tests such as IELTS and TOEFL.
