On average, the Pharma. D in USA fees for international students is around 25,000 USD - 55,000 USD per year. If you compare the Pharma. D course fees in USA at public universities to that of private universities, public universities are much more affordable.

As of B.Com degree you need to do a Masters degree as it as a Bachelor's degree.

You will require 120 credits to appear for the CPA examination and 150 credits to achieve the certification and title. The duration of this course is comparatively shorter than in India. It's just 1-1.5 years and you don't need a B.Com degree in all colleges there are some exceptions, however if you don't find any you can always go in a private college and talk to the faculty for an exception.

You have asked a very interesting and pertinent question. Foreign companies do recruit students during placements season. However, for a person who is already working, this path is not available. There are really very slim chances for companies from abroad to recruit from India. But then countries like Canada have announced that they will allow immigration of almost 4 Lacs persons every year. You can attempt via this to immigrate and get a job there. Other European countries seek professionals in desired fields to immigrate.
