You can go ahead with multimedia and animation programme at Lovely professional university. LPU is well renowned university, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. Hi Sakshi, Gaming and VFX is totally a practical and professional degree. As, media industry is growing gradually in the aspects. These courses are climbing the stairs of demand day by day. Hi Sakshi, During conversation with one of their Academic Executive, I came to know that they are running 6 different Undergraduate degrees under the School of Animation. Out of those six separate degrees, two were of Gaming:
B.Sc (Design-Gaming) 3 years Degree. B. Design (Gaming) 4 Years Degree. As per LPU, they says that they provide 100% placement to all the eligible candidates and the placement aspiring candidates. Hi India is a media and entertainment savvy nation and also produces the highest number of feature films in the world with over 1000 films every year. Every film has minimum 50-100 VFX shots to maximum 4000-5000 shots. VFX is a laborious and highly skilled work.

For a film like Bahubali, it took two years to complete; the VFX with over 600 artists working on it. So, you can imagine the number of people required and the volume of work which needs to be done from time to time.
