But, in 2022, the university ranked at #600th position in the global universities category. Indicators considered by U.S. News & World Report to rank the universities are global research reputation, regional research reputation, publications, conferences, total citations, etc. In the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, Victoria University ranks at #501-600 position and in 2022, it was placed at #401-500 position. Though the university's position declined in 2023, it is still one of the top universities in the world to study.
