Hi,
It is difficult to rate since MS programs are really selective, also it depends if you are applying to a research based or coursework based MS. 77% is alright but may not be enough. Apply with a strong application, solid LORs, projects, publications etc. will be considered. Good Luck with it.

I think, it depends on what type of study you go into, the University campus' themselves are real nice and the teachers can be helpful depending on which ones you get but in saying that they understand that your an adult and they don't baby you in your studies. There are facilities that can help you on campus and off such as the student information center (the hub), on site councilors and on site apartments for most universities for people who can afford to travel back and forth from home. There are also library's, computer labs and a canteen (which is a little pricey). They've recently changed all VIC university campuses to non smokin
