According to a post on Shiksha, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology Patiala is a better option for ECE. Placements in the college are great compared to other tier-2 colleges in India. The average salary package offered to ECE students is 6 LPA. Around 4-5 core companies visit the college for ECE students every year. However, IIIT Delhi is better for CSE. It is an excellent option for CSE. The department has an excellent faculty base. IIIT Delhi has an active coding culture. If you are interested in coding, you will love being on campus. SRKR and VVIT have the same placement opportunities and Vishnu also provides better placements but not more than the other two colleges. As per the academics and placements, all the three colleges are equal and it is your interest to choose the college.

Yes, KIIT is a good and reputed institution with all the facilities like clubs & societies, Modern labs, Library, Sports complex, great faculty strength. Study and overall activities is good at KIIT campus, they also provide 100% assistance to get placement.

It is not a good college at all for pursuing MBA since it does not rank even under the top 50 colleges across India. It is better to avoid it and aim only for the reputed ones.
