Yes, an average Indian student can join Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). VCU has a student organisation called the Indian Student Association that promotes and spreads Indian cultural practices throughout the university and the surrounding community through events of social and charitable value. VCU also joined an education trade mission to India in 2022, hoping to increase the number of Indian students in both the graduate and undergraduate population, and is home to more than 1,200 international students from 101 countries.
