Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. Eligibility for B.Com (H)-

Yes, but I would suggest north campus colleges such as Hindu College, Miranda, etc. for history honors. Your percentile in best 4 subjects is good, hence go for the north campus.
