I don't have any sort of idea because this year only the university has been added, so you have to directly apply for counselling. I want to provide some details. No, you will not get CSE with this rank. You will not get any top branches like mech, ECE, civil, chemcial, etc. You will only get construction and power engineering. For more details, click on this link :-

You will not get Heritage and IEM colleges for CSE branches. You have chances for TECHNO INDIA because the closing rank of Techno India was 8130 according to the previous year analysis. So, You have more chances for this year. For more details click on this link:-

You will not take admission in Aliah University from WBJEE counselling. This university is not under WBJEE Entrance.

You will definitely get the colleges which is under WBJEE entrance examination. You will get only single branches in Heritage i.e. BioTechnology. If you want to choose other colleges, then clcik on this link:-

You can not take admission in heritage in IT Branches. According to previous year analysis, You will not get admission in IT because closing rank for IT branches is 78947 after declaring the 3rd round. For more details of other branches click on this link:-
