A certification in web design is a professional qualification for those already experienced in web designing. If a student already has sufficient knowledge, the only work required to complete a web design certification is an exam.

Web Designing and Animation are not the same careers and same technologies. So be clear whether you want to have a career in web or animation. The medium called Internet also uses Animation as a media element. So web designing courses may also involve teaching animation to a basic level but that does not mean both the careers are the same.
