Web designing is a crowded market and full of competition because almost everybody who wants to join IT field and has not done Computer graduation degree do short term courses on web designing. It may be difficult to get a job with only web designing courses now.

In B.sc, there is only computer science and information technology based on computer but it has a syllabus of your need. So, first know about the courses. B.Sc (computer) or B.Sc (IT) is not for Cyber security. But, it has a part of it. So, think a lot before you choose. You can join any college you like but a thing is to try to get an old college.

Hi Skartik Nayak,
A certification in web design is a professional qualification for those already experienced in web designing. If a student already has sufficient knowledge, the only work required to complete a web design certification is an exam.
Certifications available in web design are:
1. Certified technology specialist.
2. Flash certification.
3. Dreamweaver MX certification.
4. HTML developer certification.

Web Designing and Animation are not the same careers and same technologies. So be clear whether you want to have a career in web or animation.
