There are fair chances of Non - Maharashtra students of getting the above mentioned colleges under All India Category seats as per DTE Maharashtra for MS and PGDM programs. NL Dalmia is better than Welingkar (only for Finance stream) as the fees are lower and the placements are better than that of Welingkar. So, go for Dalmia and keep Welingkar as a backup.

This year the placements have been in sync with what has been the general trend at other colleges in this field. The average package was between the range of 7-7.5 LPA. This time too we had a good mix of regular recruiters and plenty of new companies and startups visiting the campus offering roles in all verticals.

Unfortunately, the above mentioned colleges no longer accept MAT scores. MAH-CET CMAT and CAT are the only entrance exams scores accepted for a MS course at these institutes.

PGP in Media from Welingkar is decent enough in terms of placements. Hostels are good enough. Average package you get is around INR 13.5 lacs in Media Industry of Mumbai. Best regards.
