In my opinion you will stand a better chance by applying next year if you plan to give the exam again. Else, just go for your profile evaluation for Global MBA programme offered by N.L Dalmia if you have a good past record and want to study with top international MBA institutions.

The chances are less, they are still more in XIME than Welingkar. Try your luck by applying to other colleges too which have their admission forms to open yet, I know of N. L. Dalmia as one such.

HI Dishant,
There is not a particular process of preparing yourself for GD-PI, but what you can do is start reading newspapers (regularly), try to get some insights from quora or other platforms (online). Also, you can join some coaching classes for GD -PI practices.

Well, if your GA/PI was good, then you do stand a chance. However, it is a profile based selection. So, there is weightage for everything including your past academics, work experience, extra curricular, GA/PI.
